Bisleri commissioned this Lifestyle Shoot. The brief was to portray it in a more aspirational representation.

A symbol of goodness, trust and purity, Bisleri has been a household name for decades. A leader in its category and it is the most trusted brand of mineral water in India.

Bisleri stands true to its promise of providing safe, pure & healthy mineral water to consumers for the last 50 years.

Likewise, we used the mirror prop to reflect on the purity of the product.

This brand is not just an ordinary bottle of water. Each drop of Bisleri water is a promise of goodness that goes through rigorous 10 step quality process and one hundred and fourteen tests.

Bisleri offers different varieties of bottled water, including regular mineral water, carbonated water, and flavoured water, catering to different consumer preferences.

The state-of-the-art central lab located at Bisleri Head Office, Mumbai. The quality standard is maintained all across the country through this Head Office. They also ensure uniformity in procedures followed at all locations. For this purpose, they collect and test samples of raw and treated water every month, from each production facility in India. They also conduct quality tests on random samples of all pack sizes collected from the markets every month.

All this to ensure that each drop of Bisleri is absolutely pure, hygienic and safe, everywhere in India!

This product photography shoot was pack shots for the different Sula Wines. In this case, I mostly shot against a white background

Sula Wines was Nashik’s first winery and it paved the way for the emergence of India’s Wine Capital. Subsequently, in the next decade, 35 wineries followed suit.  For example, Sula took pride in being Indian and was the first company in the country to use an Indian logo. Today, Sula is India’s leading wine company and is leading the charge of Indian wine across the wine world.

Rajeev Samant firmly believes in being a steward of the land and in sustainable business practices. Under his guidance, Sula is one of the most eco-friendly companies in India. For instance, there is a significant amount of its resources committed to sustainable winemaking practices.  The band also ensures fair livelihoods for Sula’s community of farmers across Maharashtra and Karnataka.

A large number of Sula’s workers come from disadvantaged communities and have seen a significant change in their standard of living. Their employment with the company has been nothing short of a revolution in the surrounding villages.

The brief of this Product Photography shoot for Dr Sheths, depicts different types of Indian skin the scientific processes through which the products are conceived.

Through generations of expertise, Dr. Sheth’s has created solutions that address the needs of Indian skin. Coupled with expertise to understand why Indian skin is different, what triggers it, and which solutions work.

We know that Indian skin is sensitive. Indian skin needs special care. Care that only generations of medical expertise can provide. The dermatologists at Dr Sheth’s do much more than just test the product.

The products by Dr Sheth’s are naturally inspired, scientifically validated and medically created. Their formulations are toxin-free, vegan, jain and, wherever possible, naturally derived.

They do not believe in animal cruelty and respect the environment which we live in.

Generally, the harsh environment along with our diets and evolution have predisposed us to certain diseases like PCOS and diabetes. The brief is cutting edge and allows me to experiment with surfaces and be my creative best. They use of progressive presentations, vibrant colours, with an emphasis on the freshest ingredients. Above all, their use of modern culinary techniques makes for an interesting piece of art on a plate.

Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra offers its patrons a gastronomic voyage. In addition, to capturing the grandeur of centuries-old traditions. Modern day cooking techniques are combined with one of the oldest known gastronomic traditions in the world. Above all, retaining the traditional preparation for each dish. As a result, of aiming to recreating the erstwhile culinary traditions it offers a truly gastronomical adventure for the connoisseurs.

The main focus of Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra is to revive the traditional recipes from across India. There is an emphasis on tracing the lineage of the Kebab and serving the greatest Curries of India. Even dishes that don’t rely on science come with surprises. Such as, a deconstructed version of Mumbai’s most beloved street-food.

Generally, at Masala Library, comes in the form of adding 21st-century twists to age-old classics.

All restaurants, be it Gourmet Restaurants or not, require good Food Photography to be able to market themselves. To be able to transpose you in a way that just by looking at an image your senses are highlighted. That is my focus when I shoot food.

Looking at the image of a croissant. It reminds you of the aroma of freshly baked bread or the crunch that accompanies the first bite. It is imperative to have an understanding of the menu and what needs emphasis. But in the end, it translates to how appetising the food looks in an image.

Above all, I have always loved food and now to be able to capture it in photographs and make it look as beautiful as it tastes is something I enjoy a lot.
